2012 Football & Cheerleading Sign-ups... 

Welcome to the 2012 Football & Cheerleading Season!!

• Sign-ups will be held on Saturday, March 31st from 9:00am to 12:00pm at the Kenilworth multi use room for RETURNING players & cheerleaders ONLY.
• For all NEW players & cheerleaders, sign-ups will be held on Saturday, April 14th from 9:00am to 12:00pm at the Kenilworth multi use room.

Registration forms are now available oin the "Forms"page.

Registration Fees - (Payment Plans Available)

$250 per player or cheerleader
$225 for 1st sibling
$200 for 2 or more siblings

Full refunds will be given up to the 1st day of practice.  If a player/cheerleader drops after the 1st day of practice or within the first 3 weeks of practice, all but $50 of the registration fee will be refunded.  You will not receive a refund of your child’s registration fee if he/she drops from the Petaluma Panthers Football and Cheerleading Program after the first 3 weeks of practice.

A $100 refundable deposit will be due at uniform/equipment handout on July 23 (and cheer fittings, date and time TBA). Please see the forms section for more information about volunteer fees.
